We have now become very busy and, to make bookings easier for our clients and to cut down on the admin time, we would appricate it if the following booking policy is used to ensure that everyone is able to have the bookings they require. 

 

Walking and Day Care

 

  • If you have a regular slot booked in for your dog, then this will continue to roll over each week unless we hear otherwise. If you would like to amend, cancel or add additional walk or day care then I please ask you do this by the 12pm on Friday for the following week.

  • If the days we walk or care for your dog change from week to week, then please book in by 12pm on Friday for the following week. It would be helpful, if you can, to inform us of all the walks/care you know that you will need for the rest of the month.

  • Day care spaces are limited so please bear this in mind when booking. We advise long term dates to be given to avoid disappointment. If we can accommodate a last-minute booking we will.

  • Any bookings made after 12pm on Friday cannot be guaranteed, however we will try our best to accommodate your dog.

  • If we don’t hear from you before 12pm on Fridays then it will be assumed that you do not require any walks for the following week. (unless you have a regular agreed booking)

  • Cancellation of any walk or day care requires over 24hrs notice. Under 24hrs notice will be charged. ( please see T&C’s for cancelation policy)

 

Boarding

 

  • It is strongly advised to book as far in advance as possible for boarding to avoid disappointment, however, if we can accommodate you at short notice, we will.

  • If we don’t walk your dog, we will require you to book your dog in for a trial night with us.

  • Cancellation of boarding booking will incur a 25% charge if over two weeks’ notice is given, 75% charge over one weeks’ notice and 100% charge for under one week’s notice. (full cancellation policy is in the T&C)

 

Payment

 

  • Invoicing is completed weekly on a Friday and Saturday for the following week.

  • As per the T&C’s payment for any service is required in advance.

  • We don't accept cash
